We genuinely want you to love your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we are always happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or provide a refund.

As a small business creating handmade products in limited quantities, returns without a genuine reason become very difficult for us and for the artisans involved in making each piece with care.

We kindly request customers to place orders mindfully and avoid unnecessary returns. Slight variations in print, stitching, or color are a natural part of handcrafted products and make every piece unique.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
